● $5,000/week
● 4 night minimum
● Deposit 50% on booking, 50% one week before arrival
May & October
● $500/night
● $3,000/week
● 4 night minimum
● Deposit 50% on booking, 50% one week before arrival
November 1 to April 30
● $450/night
● $2,700/week
● 4 night minimum
● Deposit 50% on booking, 50% one week before arrival
Cancellation policy:
● More than 30 days before arrival - full refund (less any transfer fees)
● Within 30 days before arrival - no refund
Damage policy:
● Renter agrees to pay for any damage caused by them or their guests during their stay
Other policies:
● No pets allowed
● Quiet hours 10pm - 8am (sound travels easily across the pond and we want to respect our neighbours)
